Out-of-stock and back-ordered products
Although we strive to maintain our inventory constant, we may experience an back-order status when we run out of certain products. When this occurs, we will send an e-mail with a notice on the out-of-stock item and an estimated arrival time when available.
Return Policy
All products sold by Sensuz Media Inc. carry implied warranty for a period specified by the manufacturer. Products that specify no warranty period by the manufacturer is covered by Sensuz Media Inc. for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for returns. Please have your sales/invoice number when calling
or e-mailing to obtain an RMA. Non-defective products will not be accepted for return after 30 days. Defective or non-compatible products will carry the manufacturers implied warranty, and will be subject to return/repair status. Sensuz Media Inc. is not responsible for any delays in repair or returns caused by the manufacturer. Listed below are our return/exchange policy:

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee, unless specified, and accepted for 30 days from the purchase date.

The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. Nonetheless, if the price drops within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will honour the lower price and refund the difference.

Returned products damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the customer, and freight insurance is highly recommended on products valued over $100. Insurance is available from most freight carriers at nominal charge.

Returned products must be received in original condition with all contents intact. Items returned missing manuals and/or cables or other contents are subject to additional repackaging charges.

Products returned damaged or altered physically and no longer in resale condition will be returned to the customer with an written explanation.

Sensuz Media Inc. is not responsible for any implied claims or advertisement conducted by the manufacturer.

Store credit for full amount can be taken in lieu of the restocking fee for 30 days from date of sale.

Products arriving damaged will be reported to the shipping company as required, however, processing the claim is always the responsibility of the shipper. -

Although Sensuz Media Inc. insures all products from damage during shipment, and will request processing from the freight/shipping company, Sensuz Media Inc. is not responsible for missing freight or damaged products due to mishandling by the freight company. All information pertaining to the insurer and freight company will be provided upon request.
