Availability of Product

In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock when you place your order we shall contact you with options to wait, cancel your order or select a alternative product. We cannot guarantee availability of all products at time of ordering. Products which are sold out will be marked but we cannot guarantee that if it does not say "Sold Out" that it is in stock as that information is not always known or updated the instant the item goes out of stock.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Sensuz Media Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sensuz Media Inc. has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sensuz Media Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Cancellation of Confirmed Orders

We reserve the right to not accept an order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund payment at any time for any reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We list some examples below. (This list does not cover all possible situations.)

• Payment cannot be cleared through the credit card provided.

• Insufficient delivery address details are provided and we consider the order will not be delivered.

• Insufficient customer details or details for the person paying for the order.

• It is our opinion from assessing the order details that the order may be fraudulent or erroneous.

• We reserve the right under certain circumstances to refuse to explain our reasons for cancellation
